What Peeves Me

1. Tailgaters.. damn, I'm going a fair clip, either overtake , or back the f___ off!

2. Poeple who walk around at car event (drags etc) paying out on other poeples cars when they probably got a lift from their mate, or maybe worse their momma dropped them off.

3. Hardware stores, need to buy some cabling and you either have to cut it yourself and put up with their whinging, or spend 20 minutes finding someone.

4. Hot stinkin humid days in Perth when it is supposed to be a 'cool change' day.

Totally agree with the tailgater part.

Also, motocyclists get to the lights and scream by at 70 in between cars when the lights just turn green. And they complain that we don't look out for them. KINDA F-ING HARD WHEN YOU SCREAM PAST LIKE THAT!

Yupe, tailgaters......I just peg the speedo at 110kph and let them do their stuff. Also, some angry looks and shake of the head whilst slowing down gets a fair % off ya back.

My biggest gripe is CYCLISTS. These plonkers ride on the barrier line and weave ever bloody where. Then they complain about motorists not giving them room!?!?!?! Stay single file don't ride abreast and keep straight you speedo latex wearing freaks.

Ah, you're right......that does feel better.
Actually I wrote into the paper and had it publish about cyclists.

People that indicate when they are already half into the next lane.

When your on a two lane hwy using cruise control in the right lane set at the speed limit and people will swap from the left lane at the last minute to pass someone and you have to deactivate your cruise as they can't pass someone properly at the posted speed limit rather than just wait till I cruise past then have a go.

Idiots who merge into my lane mid-turn while we're both turning the same direction. That REALLY peeves me. Is it REALLY THAT hard to wait until we've both finished turning THEN merging?

Idiot's that speed up beside you when you are trying to overtake them.
Idiot's that think the 'Give way to turning vehicle' sign doesn't apply to them
Idiot's that bust a nut to get infront of you only to slow down to a speed SLOWER than when they were following you.
Idiot's that think they don't have to turn their high-beam lights off when following you because you don't have a rear window.
Idiot's that are tavelling slower than the speed limit but still slow down to go through a speed camera, fixed or otherwise.

I have more, but I'm getting ****ed off just thinking about them all, and yes I drive a truck for a living, a 64.5 tonne truck, so just think about that the next time you do 1 of the above.

cyclists who think they own the road.
Motorbikes that lane split.
people who dont strap things down on their trailer or truck!

Ever since I put the heavy duty towbar on the back of the EF, I haven't been tailgated once

When I used to get tailgated, I'd just give the brakes a nice stab. That would get the tailgater's heart in their mouth.

Also can't stand people that stay in the right hand lane in an 80 zone when they aren't overtaking. Shits me to no end.

People who pull out of a side street in front of you causing you to slow right down , when there in no one behind you for miles.

Oh oh my turn, this one is for the people that have to drive out of Geelong on the M1.

If you know you have to merge, and there is even a sign telling you to several hundred meters back, then bloody well merge before the lane ends!

DONT stay in it all the way until the end and then expect everyone to move for you, just because you wanted to get a couple of spots ahead, or you are to lazy to move before then.

This always happens just as you are exiting Geelong near that harness racing/go kart place with that new overpass.

There is no way around this when wife has any sort of mechanical knowledge.. I have found it is better to relieve the grief with jewellery etc etc.

As i drive a small truck with boost, other drivers think it is just another slow truck. Especially when 2 lanes merge into 1, you watch out the side mirror when they are trying to move past you after coming from behind and suddenly realise that the truck just is'nt going to back off, then you see the front of the car take a quick nose dive.
I find females are the worst for this.

Totally agree with that, that is soo annoying!

or Trucks that pull out in front of you, going up a hill to pass another damn truck! They're doing like 40km/h and i'm doing 110 (or so), and they have to nerve to pull out! The amount of times that has happened to me and have had to slam on the brakes.

People that pull out in front of you to overtake and do 20k's under speed limit and then after they've overtaken they speed up

People who drive 80 in a 100 zone, but continue going 80 when they get to a 60. You overtake them but then as soon as you get to a slower speed zone, they overtake back.

When you're sitting at a red light, there are three lanes in the one direction, and there is a truck at the front in each of those lanes. You know it's going to be a slow takeoff. Slow vehicles should use the left lane.

How about people who decide to merge into the lane next to them, but only when the traffic light has gone red and they're going so slow that by the time they have to stop behind the car infront, they haven't been able to completely leave your lane and are now blocking two lanes?
