IMO it's been pretty quite on the cinema front... but here's some titles that look interesting...
Death Proof (Tarantino) Planet Terror (Tarantino) The Invisible (style of 6th sense) The Host (asian moster flick) 300 (epic battle flick) Bridge to Terabithia (fanstasy/adventure) Pan's Labyrinth (fantasy/adventure) Plus many more.... anybody else have any movies that they're looking forward too??? |

I've seen an advertisment for Perfume: The story of a murderer, but it's only out in "selected" cinemas. I have the book, and I'm not sure I could actually watch it. I had trouble reading the book at times, it got a bit too creepy.

Keep an eye out for a movie called Gabriel due for release in mid 2007.
Its already been dubbed the best Australian movie since Mad Max. |

One of the best parts in the first Die Hard Movie: Hans Gruber (played by Alan Rickman) is talking to John McClane over the walkie talkie. They don't know each other by face yet this early in the film, but John's been able to figure out Gruber's first name. Hans, in an attempt to intimidate McClane, calls out, "Do you really think you have a chance against us, Mister Cowboy?" As McClane sets off a boobietrap he cries: "Yippee-ki-yay, m****r ********r!" Lol........ That was gold ! I hope there's more of that in this version....... |
