i have found that the 19's ive bought for my ef xr6 just will not go on. ive used hub adaptors and found the original studs on the cars hub sit outside the hub adaptor by about 5mm, and hit the flat face of the inside of the wheels.
have you got 19's on your e-series that are not BA/AU copies? i want some.

How wide are your tyres.. and how low is your car? I found that i couldn't go wider than 235 for the front wheels on my ED, had the gaurds lipped too. But 255 at the rear wasn't a problem.

Hey,
I am running 245.35.r19 on my car and no dramas.. Your problem is with a dodgy spacer/adapter design.. Try and get rims with the correct offset.. Cheers, Nik
