Depends on the dyno. I have seen a standard eb pull 130rwkw (needless to say I dont use that dyno).
what mods do you have now?

140's pretty good... stock standard on a pretty accurate dyno will probably only pull round the 100 mark maybe..

140 is a good result. is it a manual or auto? Dont suppose you have taken it down the 1/4 mile
The cam is probably a variation of the 1004. How is the idle quality?

hahahaha idle what is idle??? joking lets just say when cold there is no such thing as idle practically but when warm it idles pretty well but still revs up and down every so often, its a manual 5sp. I only just got the car (not even registered yet, RTA is giving me the run around) but the old owner got it to low 14s i dont exact time but its legit

I would guess it would be a 1004-110. Maybe a 1521a - they both idle similar.
bugger the 140rwkw, a low 14s pass is good!

diff ratio is 3.9 then
14.6 sounds about right for 140rwkw, 99mph is very high though

14.6 is more realistic than low 14's.. still a great time esp. with auto.. 3.9's help..

No strokers - the 4.0L are already stroked to hell
headwork - port the intake, and port and polish the exhaust ports. The AU head already has good valves so you doent need to touch them.

Sounds like a nice package for sure! I'd focus on making sure all the details are up to scratch - eg are thermofans fitted? Is the diff ratio optimal? Can you do better with the cam or extractors? etc etc. You won't find any magic N/A mod that will slash a second off your time or anything like that.

yeah its got twin thermal fans, i wish there was a "make quick" button (other than NOS and accelerator) that i could press. Is it menat to rev up and down when it is idling?? or is that something i should get fixed?? im talking ony about 100 revs up then down

140rwkw is good its about what you can get with a good modded I6 Without headwork and serious cam.
This power output should put your 400m TS at around 94mph though. |

Two words: Jim Mock!
Although considering the serious stuff that's been done to your (sweet sounding) EA, seeing him probably isn't really worth all the $$$ for a DEV5 motor. -Dave- |

140 sounds about right. i had 144kw with stock bottom end, svo head, extractors exhaust, unichip and wade 1004 cam. If u want more power maybe port the head.

My guess is the car was 1/4 miled with a gtech, that'd explain the high MPH.
the 14.6 time sounds like it could be fairly accurate though.

The idle shouldn't hunt up and down even a little.
The mph is far to high for 'only' 140rwkw (which is actually very good), I would guess more like 93-95mph for that power figure. As someone else said, porting and an increase in CR will gain another 5-10kw. Next would be a bigger cam, such as a DEV5 or equivalent. Rick.
