hi guys,
i have been searching with out avail. my question is how do you take the side mirror off?(the whole thing mounting and all) Thank

What are you talkin about? The side or the Rear View.
The side is fairly easy you take the door trim off and then you will see there are a few screws that go into the mirror unscrew them. Then unplug the mirror and your done. |

in other words are the AU and BA/BF side mirrors the same?

yes the AU and B series have the same mirrors from inside the dooy you can see 2 gromets and there are screws underneath and in the door trim there is a round removable cover for the 3rd screw
