i remember years ago when at school the cops would come around and talk about road safety, this day they showed the class a photo of a car the hit a tree and the drive had died in. someone in the class asked what was the drivers name?
it turn out to be the older brother of one of the guys in the class.
so you can imagine how he felt just back to school after having lost his brother, only to have to go though this.

Sincere condolences to you, his friends and family members. Not a nice way to find out about a tragedy :(

I saw a news item on a car crash in Hervey Bay a few months back and recognised the car as my grandmothers, which now belong to my uncle... freaked me out big time, thankfully he wasn't killed though.

Condolences my friend. And yes I know the feeling. At my 24th Birthday many of us partied. 2 dear friends were allocated beds, and the next morning I found the beds empty. I later heard on the news of a motorcycle accident that claimed 2. Yes, it was them. It sours to your belly when you learn news like that.
