No not at all. Wheels and headlights change how the car looks.
Wipers don't. How often does a car drive past and you say wow nice wipers.
Different head lights will shine brighter therefore making driving safer
and wheels do alot more than change the look of the vehicle.
They also change the handling and in some cases aid in cooling the brakes,
so when you say you are using my logic you aren't because as I stated
b4 wipers only have one purpose where as wheels and lights have
multiple purposes.
