That was on American Chopper the other night. They were building a Leno chopper.

jay leno's car was built by a coupla guys calling themselves the blastolene brothers. they build oversized hotrods from scratch using truck components, they also have a 1930's indycar with a tank engine in it as well. it's having ridiculously oversized just for the fun of it. supposedly these guys cut some corners in building the tank car though, they used a radiator hose for an oil line and it blew on the way home from jay picking it up. The entire liquid contents of the engine got dumped on the side of the freeway. Also, Jay recently supercharged it (because it didn't have enough power already), and got Detroit-Allison, the gearbox mob, to build him a transmission from their parts bin, so he would have something that has the strength, but also allows him to get up to decent speeds.

His cars have featured on Discovery channel show.. Rides.... Has a steam powered car also.. He works on them himself. Even though he has his own garage and mechanic...
