Default I6 Spark Plug Leads - S1-3 differences??

Is there a difference between the 4.0L spark plug leads for an AU1, 2 & 3??

I tried searching, but could not find a definative answer.

I've seen sets advertised for AU1 only, AU1 & 2 only, AU2 &3 only and one that covers AU1,2 and 3... :togo:

Any ideas as to what is actually correct? or is it just plain marketing madness??

As far as I know the only difference is length. With bosch the cheap leads do all 3 models but if you step up the range then there is AU1 sets and AU2&3 sets which are slightly longer,

AU1 takes one set and AU2/3 takes another.

I found a set of Bosch leads that are specifically labled to suit an AU1 and AU2, but no mention of AU3

AU1 use the same coils pac and leads as the EF and the AU2/3 are a different connection on the coil so different leads one is a male connection the other is a female connection so they are not even close

Misprint on the box (what the parts supplier said would fit):

Actual comparison between AU1 and AU2 at the coil pack end...

AU1 is the smaller bosch lead, the AU2 is the larger one.
