Default RE: Lock / Unlock doors

Hi All,

I refer to page 35 of the Owner's Manual;

Locking and unlocking confirmation.
"When you unlock the doors, the direction indicators flash once. When you lock the doors, the direction indicators flash twice."

The issue I am having is that the indicators only flash once when I unlock the doors, but do nothing when locking the doors. The only way I know the car is locked is to grab the door handle.

Is this an issue?
Or do others expirence the same?

Just thought I would ask before heading down to Ford...

No need to read the book, that is done. Just asking other Mondeo owners to share their experiences / what & how it works on MA - MC Mondeos...

Or ultimatley find out if there is an issue that requires assistance at the dealer.

Just tried it on the car...

Thanks bovva66, by deadlocking the car; the lights flash twice.
Answer found, I hope this helps others also. Thankyou!
