Do anyof you know any websites where you can look for the above? it's normally something i'd be able to find but i can't (for rent, not to buy) any price, i'm just curious as to whats out there and at what prices

You think rent would cheap at the moment with more poeple buying house & moving out of rent place.

Have you tried Meriton Apartments ,they are all over sydney , they're not cheap but very nice.
