Car Seat Covers

I am thinking about getting some for the ST to cover the 1/2 1/2 leather / whatever the other opart is ( its 1:15am i cbf thinking )

Have tried one set they didnt work, anyone have any ideas on where / how to get or make some that will work with the seats bearing in mind they have side airbags in them as well

Has anyone had any custom ones made and how much do they cost ?

Want to try and keep the seats in a bit better cond.

There's a traveling sales seat cover mob here in SA they get around in a white truck dunno the name, they'll make them up for you at a price... quoted me $600 in that jacquard(those old man woven things like you get at Kmart!)shit didnt bother asking him about leather, he did quote me $200 but that was for a normal focus... they dont fit eh, so they needed my car to make a pattern up... without any discount so told em to shove it.
You can go to Autoquipe and they'll get them made for you, I did this for my old BA ute but I ended up sending them back many times to be modifed, they never did fit properly they kept using the normal BAXL shape my was a XLS which are a different shape... ended getting fed up with it they're still sitting in the bedroom gathering dust, then I traded the ute in so now they're going to waste.

I got the thin fabric cheapy ones and they achieve what I want. I get sweaty at work in summer and the seats get stained from it. I only fitted one to the driver's seat. I reckon get the cheap ones and cut holes in the airbag spots. If your Mum is handy at sewing, get her to stitch up the edges of the holes to prevent fraying. I've got the sportier EL XR6 seats on my car and the covers stretch straight across in points, but it doesn't matter when you sit down

Yeah that mnight have to be the go, just get some fabric or something like that and make my own... or get Mum to make them hehe she is a pretty good seamstress(sp?)

Only really to stop the seats getting crap on them, so bright blue/red like the snapon ones would be good hehe
