Ok no major issues since new transmission. Except the back hatch always worked to stay up . Then it would not stay up and then not and then it would.
Now it will not stay up . Any clues on why it won’t stay up and how I get it to stay up like it should . Thanks This car has cost me so much money and time since I got it from Dad before he passed . Mind you the transmission was covered but the dealer kept saying it was the battery until I got it changed |

Sounds like the struts on the hatch have failed. Some of them can be refilled/regassed or they can just be replaced with after-market ones from EziLift (and others) for around $30 each.
