Default Class Action Against Holden

I only know of one Holden lover on the Forum but others may be interested in the class action regarding transmissions in VE and VF Commodores, and other Holden products.

Ambulance chasers trying to get blood out of a stone, Holden doesn't even exist anymore and GM has no presence in Australia aside from the HSV partnership

Does this mean I can create a class action and gain compensation from Ford for dodgy X series door handles?

The Ozzie Ambulance Chasers are slow off the mark, this has been going on for about 6 years in the good ol USA.

Those are different autos. Neither the 8L45 and 8L90 were fitted to any Holden.

The autos that this class action is with various 6-speed versions, most of them are pretty good 'boxes.

Not strictly true. Holden service & parts (AC Delco etc.) are doing good business currently.
