Rear Bush Removal On Lower Control Arm IRS

Hi All

I've got a stuffed bush/ball joint on my lower control arm (outer) where it attachs to the Knuckle, on my AU Fairmont Ghia IRS. It's not the inner one were it attachs to the centre of the car!!!

Has anyone changed one of these & if so how to remove & fit a new one???
I think it maybe be called a cross axis ball joint by some???

I havent done it before, but i hear the best way is to drill a hole in it big enought to fit the blade of a hack saw in, then cut it up till you can get it all out, and use a press to fit hte new one.
