Fairly sure it would be some of the Honda range. Before all the dual cabs started come from there, a number of Honda's from the early to mid 2000's came from Thailand to the point where Honda were the leader in selling cars from that country.

The first Honda imported from Thailand was the Accord in 1999. But there was a vehicle that came before this...

I know the MK Triton was made in Thailand.
However I suspect it's probably not the first and it would be some oddball car.
