How much is a k & n panel filter if not on sale? (around $150-$160) i bought mine a few months ago at repco for $99 on sale.

Actually, if you compare those prices to Repco, it's not too bad. K&N from repco is $180 odd, and the tickford snorkel is $30, which makes $210, so $205 all up isn't bad.
On special, you can get the same setup for $130 to $150 though.
