Hi all
I posted recently about a rattle in a front speaker. I found out it;s got a ripped cone. I thought the metal grill over speaker would just clip off. Wrong i busted it as it is secured by one screw as well as clips doh. My next question is how easy is it to take the door trim off so as i can replace the damaged speaker and secondly is there a replacement speaker which will go straight in without drilling new holes etc. Cheers Rod |

Depends if your not fussed about sound quality , if you was happy with how it was then you could easily obtain another speaker and the cover you broke from a wreckers off another AU, and for next to nothing i recon prolly as most people replace the standard speakers . Doortrims are pretty easy to get off , if you goto a 'pick-a-part' wreckers then you can even experiment on their doors and trash theirs while learning how to take it off ..lol ;) .
