hey all just want to know who has 3.9's fitted and are they worth the money i now have a 3.45 would it be worth the cash?, also what have you done to correct speedo issues please. 4.11's beta?

lol , this was all just mentioned in a few threads below , imo 4.11's are better bang for buck on the street ( as u can't go past 100kmph in most places ayways , no need of a top speed of 180 odd kmph unless you are into the strip) if you wanna be thrown back in the seat ! - 4.11's it is . As far as track times go, i'm not real sure. But I didn't get a chance to test the gear ratio change on its own at the track. I changed the exhaust as well before I made it back to the WSID for some 1/4 mile runs.
However, the car felt much more responsive in higher gears at lower road speeds. A higher stall converter (if auto) would be a better upgrade, with respect to 1/4 mile performance, than diff gears IMO.

well ive already got a 3000 stall and if i stall it to 3000 when i let go of brake it goes from 3000 to redline pretty damn quick and you dont really move anywhere lol. so should i forget about diff gears then.
